Refund & Cancellation

We humbly request you all to read our various policies along with terms and conditions carefully which will give you an overview of your rights as well as obligations as our customer, in respect of any service we provide to you.


Refund Policy

In case, a client seeks refund against a payment made for the purchase of any service, he may do so as per the following predefined norms:

  • No refund of any amount shall be made if the client cancels the purchased service just because he doesn’t want the service anymore.
  • No refund shall be made if the service couldn’t get completed due to any default of the client whatsoever.
  • No refund shall be made in case of any Act of God e.g. flood, earthquake, fire or in case of power/internet interruption, technical glitch, hacking etc. or riots or any incident beyond the control of cokaco team.
  • No refund shall be made in case the service purchased by the client has been started.
  • No refund shall be made in case the client cancels the service after 30 days of purchase.

The refund shall be considered only in the event there is a clear and evident default on the part of the cokaco with respect to the service purchased from cokaco. The refund in such a situation shall be considered on the basis of percentage of work completed and other specifications against each service.

In order to claim a refund against the amount paid a client has to file a refund request against which the ticket number will be raised and will go under process for approval of the refund request. The client who desires for a refund shall have to make a request within 30 days of purchase of the service. Upon receiving the refund request, management at Cokaco will peruse the matter and shall decide on whether the request for a refund should be processed or not. It is pertinent to note that the decision of management will be final in approving or cancelling the refund request.

After receiving the refund request, if the management at cokaco approves the request the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. The refund process could take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) working days to process and the eligible amount shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. Team cokaco shall handle the refund process with due care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest as cokaco considers customers’ satisfaction the utmost priority.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is at the discretion of the client who has purchased the service. However, it is to be understood that the cancellation by itself doesn’t mean one is eligible to get the refund. No refund shall be made if the purchased service is cancelled by the client. However, as an endeavor to serve our clients, we will be happy to provide you an option of availing some other service of the same value as paid by the client only in case the service as purchased earlier has not been started. If the service is already started and then the client wants to cancel it, he may do so without expecting any refund for the same as well as he will not be eligible for opting of any other service of same value.
